A Cavavin Christmas Wine Tasting (€45 pp)
 
Join our Wine experts at the Wine Bar Bedford Row Limerick as they connect you with the winemakers Cavavin knows and loves. 
They will guide you through a tasting of a varied selection of styles from France, Spain, Italy, and beyond. 
This much sought after and intimate evening consists of 5 wines (a sparkling Crémant, 2 whites and 2 reds) of varying styles that have been expertly chosen with Christmas in mind. All wines will be paired with a carefully selected assortment of festive cheeses and cured meats and fresh seasonal fruits all sourced from local Irish artisan suppliers. Some delectable festive surprises are guaranteed throughout. Let your taste buds explore and discover new tastes and delights this Christmas and spark some ideas for your own Christmas feast!

The Cavavin Sparkling Wine Tasting (€55 pp)
 
When Champagne and a wine region of your choice (Sancerre, Bordeaux, Italy [North or South]) meet, it's a guaranteed match made in Heaven! Are you looking for something a little more this Christmas? Are you tired of the set three course meal? Well, this is the event you've been waiting for and the chance to taste through different styles of wines from the North and South of Italy or France’s most prized wine regions - Bordeaux and Sancerre. Champagne features, because, well who doesn't love Champagne and it's the perfect opening act to any tasting event and adds that necessary sparkle and cheer this time of year. 
Our Wine experts will guide you throughout this tasting of Cavavin's favourite and finest examples of wines from Champagne, Italy or France. All wines will also have been chosen with Christmas in mind so that you can recreate a sparkling Christmas of your own!
The tasting consists of five wines with a carefully selected assortment of festive cheeses and cured meats and fresh seasonal fruits all sourced from local Irish artisan suppliers. Some delectable festive surprises are guaranteed throughout.
