Suggesting wine for someone and hearing feedback if they enjoyed it, 9 out of 10 times they do.

At the moment I'm trying to explore as much of the West Coast as possible.

Nebbiolo from Piedmont in North West Italy - specifically Barolo made by Luciano Sandrone.

I've always wanted a classic motor to nip around the vineyards in... a 1963 Ferrari would be nice.

Dinner and good conversation somewhere with my partner and friends.

Getting to "Talk Shite about Wine" , as Loman calls it, to my hearts content!
My name is Eva, I'm a busy mum of 3. I like to keep busy both inside the house and outside. I moved to Australia when I was 17 where I found my passion for all things food and wine related, took the job with Cavavin with a hope of having something to talk to my husband about other than our kids.
What is your favourite film?
I'm a sucker for romance movies.
What do you do in your spare time?
Besides trying to keep my house in somewhat of a presentable way, I like to get to the gym when I can, meet up with the girls and I like doing skincare in the evenings.
What is your favourite food?
I'm a real foodie girl, I love eating everything except oysters. Food is a big passion of mine so I'm happy to have anything, I really dislike sharing food, this isn't ideal with small kids.
What is your favourite Drink?
This is really hard, I love whiskey,Wine, Tea and Coffee again i'll drink anything except for a pint of Guinness.
If you won the lotto what would you do with your winnings?
100% I'd wear new socks and underwear everyday for sure and Id have to spoil Dave and the kids.
Describe your perfect Saturday night?
Kids in bed, Take away with Dave and a glass of red, We like to go to bed early so I'd probably go do a facemask and force David too as well.

What is your favourite thing about your Job?
This is really hard because this is the first job I've had where I can say I enjoy it all but I love thinking that we can make someone's ordinary day into more with just being ourselves in the store and I think choosing a wine for someone is very personal. It's kind of like choosing a fragrance for someone you can't just give everyone the same one.
What is your favourite film?
My favourite film is called "The Theory of Everything" . I remember watching it for the first time and questioning my complete life hahaha.
What do you do in your spare time?
I like gaming with my friends a lot and sometimes I like to stream what I play.
What is your favourite food?
My favourite food is a chilean dish called "Porotos con riendas".
What is your favourite Drink?
I really love a chilean drink called Piscola that is made out of Pisco and Coke
If you won the lotto what would you do with your winnings?
I'll try to retire my father so he doesn't need to work anymore, maybe buy a house for myself.

A nice movie with some home-made Pizzas and a lovely bottle of white wine.
