Join our wine expert Louise O'Brien at the Wine Shop in Galway's bustling Latin Quarter as she connects you with the winemakers Cavavin knows and loves. She will guide you through a tasting of a varied selection of styles from France, Spain, Italy, and beyond. This much sought after and intimate evening consists of 5 wines (a sparkling Crémant, 2 whites and 2 reds of varying styles paired with a carefully selected assortment of cheeses and cured meats from our cheese monger neighbours Sheridan's, a selection of and some handmade local Irish chocolates to finish. Let your tastebuds explore and discover new tastes and delights and we'll take care of the rest.

As events tend to be SOLD OUT, 72 hours notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling. You can cancel using your email confirmation ticket or please email info@cavavin.ie. If you cancel after this time your booking fee will be lost and you will need to re-book for another event.

How long does standard delivery take?

Standard delivery to Republic of Ireland at present is taking 1 to 5 working days. If your order does not meet these timings, it may be because your item(s) are being dispatched from a different location. In this case, we will contact you with an expected delivery date.  


Delivery to any Cavavin store is free.* Standard delivery to anywhere in the Republic of Ireland is free on all orders over €100. Standard delivery costs for order under €100 is €8.95 


Once you order has been dispatched from our warehouse with DPD you can then track you order on www.dpd.ie/tracking using your Tracking Number.


If you find that your order has only been partially delivered, this may be because other items are being dispatched from a different location or we were out of stock on part of your order. If we are out of stock we will contact you with an expected delivery date or offer a full refund. If your order is obviously incomplete, please email info@cavavin.ie or call (091) 394050 


If you would like to return or exchange your order you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to do so. If you decide to return or exchange please first contact info@cavavin.ie or (091) 394050 to let us know that this is your intention and how you wish to do your return.  

Orders can be returned to our warehouse at our head office (customers will have to cover delivery fee).


Returned free of charge at any Cavavin store. The card used in the transaction will be refunded, our stores will not be able to refund orders with cash. It will take 7 days for your refund to be processed.

Returned goods must be in re-saleable condition with labels intact. When returning a set of products eg. a mixed case or gift box, all products must be present with the set complete. When posting returns, suitable packaging must be used to ensure save delivery. We suggest you retain your original delivery packing for this purpose.

In the unfortunate case of goods being faulty or damaged in transit, Cavavin offer the choice of either a replacement or a full refund including any postage costs incurred. Please contact us directly and immediately by phone (091) 394050 or email info@cavavin.ie and we'll take care of everything.
