Crafted by famous Bordeaux winemaker François Despagne at Château de Roquemont, "La Pépite de François" ("François's Gem") is a Merlot-driven gem from the sun-drenched, clay-limestone hillsides of Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux. Combining traditional Right Bank craftsmanship with modern precision, this 2021 vintage highlights intense fruit purity and supple structure without heavy oak overpower. 🏰✨
Pouring a deep ruby with violet reflections, it opens with rich aromas of ripe red plum, dark cherries, and wild cassis, complemented by subtle hints of sweet spices and delicate toasted oak. On the palate, it is elegant and structured, featuring supple tannins, vibrant red berry freshness, and a long, beautifully balanced finish. An outstanding match for grilled duck breast, roast rib of beef, lamb chops, or aged French cheeses. 🥩🦆🧀

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED ALL OF MY ORDER?
If you find that your order has only been partially delivered, this may be because other items are being dispatched from a different location or we were out of stock on part of your order. RETURNS
If you would like to return or exchange your order you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to do so. If you decide to return or exchange please first contact info@cavavin.ie or (091) 394050 to let us know that this is your intention and how you wish to do your return.

Returned free of charge at any Cavavin store. The card used in the transaction will be refunded, our stores will not be able to refund orders with cash. It will take 7 days for your refund to be processed.
Returned goods must be in re-saleable condition with labels intact. When returning a set of products e.g.. a mixed case or gift box, all products must be present with the set complete. When posting returns, suitable packaging must be used to ensure save delivery. We suggest you retain your original delivery packing for this purpose.
