How long does standard delivery take?
Standard delivery to Republic of Ireland at present is taking 1 to 5 working days. If your order does not meet these timings, it may be because your item(s) are being dispatched from a different location. In this case, we will contact you with an expected delivery date.

Delivery to any Cavavin store is free.* Standard delivery to anywhere in the Republic of Ireland is free on all orders over €100. Standard delivery costs for order under €100 is €9.50
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once you order has been dispatched from our warehouse with DPD you can then track you order on www.dpd.ie/tracking using your Tracking Number.
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED ALL OF MY ORDER?
If you find that your order has only been partially delivered, this may be because other items are being dispatched from a different location or we were out of stock on part of your order. If we are out of stock we will contact you with an expected delivery date or offer a full refund. If you would like to return or exchange your order you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to do so. If you decide to return or exchange please first contact email@example.com or (091) 394050 to let us know that this is your intention and how you wish to do your return.
Orders can be returned to our warehouse at our head office (customers will have to cover delivery fee).
Returned free of charge at any Cavavin store. The card used in the transaction will be refunded, our stores will not be able to refund orders with cash. It will take 7 days for your refund to be processed.
Returned goods must be in re-saleable condition with labels intact. When returning a set of products eg. a mixed case or gift box, all products must be present with the set complete. When posting returns, suitable packaging must be used to ensure save delivery. We suggest you retain your original delivery packing for this purpose.
In the unfortunate case of goods being faulty or damaged in transit, Cavavin offer the choice of either a replacement or a full refund including any postage costs incurred.
